My experience at Maroone Chevrolet has been the best I have had at an auto dealership in recent memory. I initially went in just to take a closer look at a Chevy Volt, with no intention of making a purcha have had at an auto dealership in recent memory. I initially went in just to take a closer look at a Chevy Volt, with no intention of making a purchase. I had the pleasure of meeting Darien Fresco. Darien was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and understanding. He walked me through the technology in the vehicle, and answered any and all questions that I had. I am not the most financially qualified person, yet Darien was able to help me through the process, and fought for a fair price on my lease. The best part of my experience was the follow up. I was not forgotten once I made my purchase. On the contrary, I received the same level of great service I had initially in the days following my purchase. Darien is an asset to this company. I will continue to recommend friends and family to Mr. Fresco, and will be purchasing my next vehicle at Pines Maroone Chevrolet. Thank you for all that you do. David More

Car was in and out for a month. The first disappointment was over the fact they order the wrong part color (as it was exterior part of the car and had to match the car color). My car is yellow...they ordered black, so I had to schedule new visit. The second frustrating visit was when they had to repair a leak. The car was in the shop for over a week just to change the parts. When I picked up the car I noticed the panel they removed to replace the carpet was coming off. How can they miss that. They told me they would order new panel, but after almost 2 weeks waiting for the parts I called Chevrolet to place a complain and took to another dealer. First time it rained here I found out they did not fix the leak at all. The back floor mats were missing, there was scratches on the hood and a dent on my door. It's hard to believe that GM will let this people represent them. I had nothing but aggravation. They do not return your calls and Mr. Meek is rude and acts like you are bothering him. If Maronne is the last dealer in the US I rather trade mine Cheby for a Toyota than go back there. More

I did my homework. I knew what I would like to purchase. I was greeted by Matt Yonko. He was very professional and inquired about what I wanted to purchase. I explained that I did not intend to make a purchase on this day. Later I called Matt to tell him the exact vehicle that i was looking for. He found the car and we discussed the selling price. As a supplier employee he showed me the sale price. I thought I could do better and researched on line other dealers. Another dealer had an online price that was considerably less.
