Service advisor, Arthur K. explained that he would have answer about my vehicle in a couple of hours, six hours later still no answer. After calling over 10 times, I was able explained that he would have answer about my vehicle in a couple of hours, six hours later still no answer. After calling over 10 times, I was able to speak to Danny the manager who got my car into the shop and called right back to explain what was wrong and get me a rental. More
