I don't know how I feel about the non-negotiable protection package, maybe once I use the service I'll have a better opinion. Highly recommend for your next purchase! More

I just left AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines and was very upset with how their sales manager Tino Morris, treats his customers. I told him I only wanted $25K for my car. I showed him the offer from Ca very upset with how their sales manager Tino Morris, treats his customers. I told him I only wanted $25K for my car. I showed him the offer from Carvana which was also for $25k. I said I was not interested if the offer was not for $25K. At that point, he takes his papers, crumbles them up, jumps out of his seat, and runs away. A professional sales manager would kindly, and clearly state I'm sorry I cannot offer you that. His behavior was beyond rude. If this is the way you do business with women, you will end up losing a lot of customers. Women make the majority of purchasing decisions in a home. Tino Morris, obviously does not know this. Hopefully he will be retrained in how to treat a prospective customer. More
