We had the best experience buying our new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV with Angel Nieves! Highly recommend this dealership and especially working with Angel. We were in the market for a new car and really wanted to test drive/learn more about the Chevy Bolt EUV back in August. We called and spoke to Angel and he told us that they had some Bolt vehicles in stock to view. When we arrived to the dealership Angel greeted us right away and showed us the vehicle for a test drive. Angel was so easy to talk to and super informative. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us a sense of calm the whole time we were there. Not the typical feeling some car buyers get when visiting a car dealership. We soon put a request in to order our custom Bolt EUV and finally got it last week. It was 1000% worth the wait. Angel was always available and responsive to us in the waiting process. He would send updates often and when the big day finally arrived to pick up our vehicle it was a BREEZE. I am pleased with the work done , but not pleased with the policy charged for the battery .specially , since i purchased this certified car and platinum plan there on 02 18 21 ( it received unfortuna the policy charged for the battery .specially , since i purchased this certified car and platinum plan there on 02 18 21 ( it received unfortunately front end damage while in transfer from dealerships ,all damage where repaired before I accepted the car ) (I was not given a report of that repair ,but it was front end damage to passenger tire and rim bumper displacement ,passenger front light replaced and cracked battery all this is confirmed by the fact that following service reports state missing battery strap ,that I requested .you should have a discount or some consideration ,I really do not see as fair business being chaired for the battery .
