However, my experience with the finance department (JUAN MALTEZ) was a stark contrast. It seems that the primary qualification for a finance role at this dealership is to be exceedingly manipulative and dishonest. If you plan to visit this or any other dealership, I highly recommend bringing someone with you for support, as I was alone and felt severely pressured. I recently purchased a beautiful car and want to enjoy my new vehicle, but my positive feelings are overshadowed by my distressing experience in the finance office. The finance manager presented an ultimatum: if I didn't purchase the repair package, my interest rate would be 11%, but if I did, it would be reduced to 8% because they "needed to buy out the loaners." This rationale was nonsensical, and it became clear after leaving that I had been deceived and manipulated into feeling foolish and cheap for declining the additional purchase. I felt confused and trapped during the entire interaction, which has tarnished what should have been a joyful experience. Please, learn from my mistake—bring someone you trust to support you through the financial process. **anyone reading this and seeing the response from them. I have been calling since I posted this review last week and nobody will speak to me. Just as an fyi. ** I had to eventually call a customer service number and they said they would remove the items from my loan and it’s been a month now with no change. These people are disgusting, do not trust them. They say they are looking into it or willing to help and have not called me ONCE. More
