Took 7-8 days to get diagnostic completed. Communication was not the way I expected. Between the warranty company and the car service area, I didn't receive my vehicle until 1 month later and Communication was not the way I expected. Between the warranty company and the car service area, I didn't receive my vehicle until 1 month later and one of the areas that was worked on the panels weren't placed back properly. I've been a customer for 15 years at this AutoNation Pembroke and has never experience this long of a wait for service.... More

We were treated very well by the sales staff at Auto Nation. Very happy with our new Equinox. This would be a 5 star review except that we did not get a user manual with our new car.
