Way too many fees. I think they tacked on about $4k (10%) of extras onto the truck, making my 10% GM employee discount useless. Including a $1,000 "protection package" I think they tacked on about $4k (10%) of extras onto the truck, making my 10% GM employee discount useless. Including a $1,000 "protection package" typical from Autonation that was non-negotiable. They said it could not be removed because it was "already on the truck". They tried telling me there was some protectant sprayed on the seats. I don't believe it. They gave me the brochure to the third party warranty company that the product is through, and after some light research it seems like a total scam. Other add-ons included $1,000 side steps I could've purchased for $300 retail, front tint, bed liner insert, and wheel well liners. Think all in all I wasted about 2-3k. Would've walked from the deal but it was the exact truck I wanted, and I needed something soon. They also lowballed Car Drop's offer for my trade-in another 1-2k. Pressured me into leaving a positive survey which in hindsight I regret. Won't be returning and do not recommend. More
