It was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The dealer had the car for 14 days to fix a thermostat and that was after I had set an appointment three weeks earlier to get in the shop. What a terrible experience I've had with them in the last few months. After years of taking care of more than 4 vehicles at this dealership the last time I went the service was just ridiculous. it started wi few months. After years of taking care of more than 4 vehicles at this dealership the last time I went the service was just ridiculous. it started with oil change that took a day and a half, then no one called me to let me know the vehicle is ready, then after I called 4 times and waited on hold for over 40 minutes finally someone answered and promise he will call me back when the vehicle is ready. Guess what? he never called do I had to waste my Saturday by going to pick it up. Before I left I asked for some paperwork for all of my vehicles for personal purposes and the answer from the tech/cashier was "I don't know how to do that" which I find very unprofessional , he could've called someone to help. I called Monday morning to possibly speak to someone who can help but again I found my self waiting on the line for very very long time, when someone answered he told me I can not help you and you will have to come in and get it, seriously? I tried to call again to talk to a supervisor and again on the line for almost an hour and not one answered yet. terrible experience and very disappointed, I won't be back. Edit: tried to call again and spoke to a very rude woman, she put me on hold and hang up after 37 minutes. Edit: someone called me back, put me on hold to speak to a advisor/supervisor and this time it took only 47 minutes, I spoke to the guy and he was so cold, I could tell he does not want to help, he promised me that he will email me what I asked but he never did. While Autonation Chevy North did not help I called other dealerships of different brands and they all help me in less than 5 minutes. What an awful service from Autonation chevy. More
Service department was very capable and helpful. I have serviced a couple of different vehicles with them and they are timely and efficient even with non-Chevy’s. If you have any issues their Servic I have serviced a couple of different vehicles with them and they are timely and efficient even with non-Chevy’s. It was a pleasure to work with someone who was personable and professional in her dealings with myself and the other customers throughout the day who were getting their vehicles serviced. It was also nice to meet and deal with someone who approached the day with a positive demeanor and whose interactions with customers were friendly and articulate. More
