Service Dept lacks giving accurate information and will not respond to inquiries about where they are with the repair. Was told a couple of days only to find out they it was going to be 4-5 days before the not respond to inquiries about where they are with the repair. Picked up vehicle without having them do repair and they just released truck and did nothing to remedy the issue. We also received the truck back full of bird poop and tree seeds. Had to take it to a car wash for cleaning. I would never use this dealership again for lack of customer service and lack of communication when they have my truck. More
We took our car in to get the a/c fixed and tue timing chain replaced after they shorted out the electrical panel and the factory Amp for the radio they charged us to replace them and a week later the new chain replaced after they shorted out the electrical panel and the factory Amp for the radio they charged us to replace them and a week later the new timing chains slipped and destroyed the engine and they refused to fix there mistake and wanted us to pay them $7000 to replace the engine they destroyed if you take your car to this place its a toss of the dice if you will still have a car when they are done working on it More
S service department really needs to be looked at. I am handicapped and I need a vehicle to get to my appointments I have no vehicle don't know when I will have a vehicle because there's no communication. More
Wish there was a better estimated time frame of service, don't tell someone a day and take about a week, be straight up and tell me it's going to be a few days. Absolutely terrible experience with this service center. Took our car in for service (which we bought from this dealership) and was advised it would need to remain with them for a few days…no problem and ex Took our car in for service (which we bought from this dealership) and was advised it would need to remain with them for a few days…no problem and expected. Zero communication from the staff to the point I had to reach out for updates 5 days later, where they informed me the vehicle had not even been looked at yet (see photos). Fast forward another several days and no communication so I had to call several times again to get a hold of somebody for updates. I was informed parts were being delivered and it would be done by Friday, 9 days after initial drop off. After no word on Friday, another several calls and unanswered voicemails left with the service manager , I was informed that the parts still weren’t in, at which point I told them I would pick up the car to be repaired elsewhere. Upon picking up the car 13 days after initially dropping it off, albeit not repaired, the battery was dead and the tech said the mechanic left the hazards on which drained the battery. So we waited another 45 minutes to have the battery replaced before we could finally leave. Rude and incompetent staff all the way up to the manager level. I will never return again and cannot recommend. More
