I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a first morning appointment but was also on a time crunch. I asked Aaron if he could get my car service done in a hour, he said he would do his best. Well he sure did! 45 minutes later, my car was done and I was out the door 15 minutes earlier than expected. Aaron was super friendly and efficient. He listened to my concern and came through with a positive solution. More

The people are always kind and courteous. I have taken my car in for service many times and for the most part have done great work. Tried a couple times to get new wiper blades out on but t I have taken my car in for service many times and for the most part have done great work. I have warranty on truck and they struggled to fix steering wheel 3-4 times I took in. Ordered a bumper under warranty and they never ordered it. I also went to parts to order and they forgot and now steering wheel 3-4 times I took in. Ordered a bumper under warranty and they never ordered it. I also went to parts to order and they forgot and now they say it does not have warranty and to talk to service. Everyone passes the buck. I called supervisor in service dept and have not heard back so hopefully they will see this and have to call me to order grill and make sure they documented the stereo that was malfunctioning to get that covered too. Service is alway busy. They try to make you put 10 star rating while at store because they can lose their job. Very disappointing and frustrating! More
