They took over 2 weeks to fix my truck and there was never no updates given on the process. I had to call to get updates. I was told by my service advisor Marco that they had ordered the wrong parts for never no updates given on the process. I had to call to get updates. I was told by my service advisor Marco that they had ordered the wrong parts for my vehicle and they were 2 days out. Then a week later I was told one of the parts was on back order and I had to go back to get it put on. Probably the worst service ever. I will not be coming back to service my vehicle here. More
The young man at the front desk was very nice and courteous, however the technician that worked on my vehicle needs more training. I shouldn’t have to take my vehicle back because it’s leaking oil. Also, they didn’t reset my car for the oil change, it gave me a reminder that I needed an oil change, I reset it. Come on AutoNation Chevrolet , do a better job! The oil change was not cheap, I should be compensated for having to take my vehicle back to have the job completed. More
I brought my car in here for a simple oil change. I talked to the service tech at the counter, he assured me they knew how to service my vehicle. After an hour, I checked in and they had not even fig I talked to the service tech at the counter, he assured me they knew how to service my vehicle. After an hour, I checked in and they had not even figured out how to put my car on the lift. I told him I had another 20 minutes before I had to leave, they said they would put their world class master technician on it. At the end of the day, they were not able to change my oil because they could not figure out how to safely get my car on the lift. While I am happy, they did not try to do something they are not comfortable with which could have damaged my vehicle or hurt someone, talking with the Service Director, he said his staff is trained on how to do this stuff, but obviously , something is lacking. It’s pretty sad that my Chevy vehicle was not able to be serviced at a Chevy dealership. More
