THE, Service Department is actually very good but the phone system for Autonation is pathetic which is definitely not the fault of the people working there. It was rough to start the finding and process to buy a car from here but I was successful in the end. Orig went in to test drive 4 vehicles but when I arrived only 2 were able to be found. The sales guy was really pushy and was pressing me to go ahead amd run my credit app thru when I told him I'd Def have a co signer the folling Monday. So I was told it would 15 to 20 mins then I was there for 3 hours. I left and came back in on Monday to buy one of the cars. Then the sales guy said "oh we sold this car on saturday". So then I was only left with one choice to purchase. We were there for 3 to 4 hours to purchase the car. Only thing I didn't like was it was very hot out and they didn't provide bottled water for the customers and no ine really showed us tlwuere the bathrooms or vending machines we're. There were tons of sales people walking around and just didn't even smile or say anything to us. So for that customer service aspect I give less stars. More

The salesman, Jose, who helped me out was awesome. The sales manager however was a bit too pushy with his "sales" tactics and it became annoying as the "negotiation" went on. The process of signing the paperwork and receiving the truck took a bit too long. When purchasing my previous vehicles, the biggest roadblock in the transaction was ME and not the business, but that wasn't the case this time. Im not sure if this is because of system latency or human error. Either way, it could've been more streamlined. All and all, the team at AutoNation Chevrolet North did a fine job in getting me in and out. Maybe they'll review this feedback for future customers and improve their processes and sales practices.
