Wow!! I should have definitely looked at the reviews before going to this place. They definitely will absolutely screw you over. I bought a 05 Honda accord from them and the radio stopped working afte before going to this place. They definitely will absolutely screw you over. I bought a 05 Honda accord from them and the radio stopped working after 24hours and the power window wouldn't role up. SO I took it back to the dealership and within the 3 day money back guarantee and the sales man who I bought it from said to make an appt and they would fix it. Well I came back the next day and they fixed the window but said they would have to refer me out to "someone" else to fix the radio because it wasn't a Chevy. I was told I would be contacted regarding the radio and never was. On top of that they broke my door that the window was repaired so that you were unable to get out from within. When I took the car back to inquire about the radio and notify them of the new door situation that was not present until after the window was fixed, they attempted to tell me that I would have to pay for half the cost to get ANYTHING fixed! To make a long story short I climbed the latter and the manager JEREMIAH CAREY said he would fix the door but not the radio. And now when I press my key lock the same door now will not lock unless you manually lock it. Please dnt go there its not worth it. There are plenty of other GO places that have the same amount of banks to approve your loan, PLUS the business ethics to treat there customers RIGHT!! More

I would highly recommend staying away from this dealership. Wanted to purchase a used vehicle - did so for $8000.00 - and it turned out to be nothing but a huge problem once it was driven off the l dealership. Wanted to purchase a used vehicle - did so for $8000.00 - and it turned out to be nothing but a huge problem once it was driven off the lot. Returned the car for an inspection and to have the car serviced. Long story short, they could not figure out how to fix the vehicle and sent the vehicle to different places to have it looked at and serviced all the while disregarding and not returning my phone calls to find out when I could get the vehicle back. This happened twice - once after they had told me it was "fixed" - $850.00 - then when they had taken it back again because the car was still having similar issues. The first time the kept the car for over ten days - the second time for over 25 days - while I needed to find my own transportation to try and get to-and-from work. The service employees would answer the phone and continue to delay any answer as far as when the car was going to be available. The service manager did not return ONE phone call regarding this issue. I had a relative call in because they seemed to be ignoring me - the service manager told her that he would check out things and that I could get a loaner car while they vehicle was continuing to be fixed. After that conversation, the service manager was never "available" and did not return ONE phone call. This car was purchased with insurance monies after someone had totaled my car on the street. I payed an extra $2000.00 to try and find a reasonable automobile. All in all, I ending up loosing about $3000.00, wasted time and energy - tons of hassle - being led around, lied to, and disregarded -not having transportation for over a months period of time - and left with a car that still was not "fixed." An true example of an organization that has no reliable foundation as far as service, sales, and products - and is basically out to rape people. More

I am in the market for a used SUV and Jonathan has been great about being very approachable and forthcoming with the information that I have needed. He has bucked the trend of the stereotype for "used car great about being very approachable and forthcoming with the information that I have needed. I knew that I wanted a truck that would seat 5 and fit in my garage. I went to a number of different dealerships and looked at a number of different trucks from different manufacturers. While on a non-chev my garage. I went to a number of different dealerships and looked at a number of different trucks from different manufacturers. While on a non-chevy lot they listened to what I wanted and introduced me to the Chevy Colorado (a year earlier model with only 100 miles that was picked up from a distressed dealer and was on their used car lot). I liked the look inside and out and the way it handled on the test drive. Which was during a downpour and I got to use the 4 wheel drive as we drove through rushing water that was above the hubs. I then went home and did my research. Once I was convinced that this truck had the reliability to go along with the other things I liked, I was ready to buy. I talked with the original dealership and with GO Chevrolet. The original dealership tried to sell me the year old truck at just below the going rate for a new truck. When I met with GO Chevrolet, I told them what I was looking for and they showed me not just the Colorados that they had on thier lot, but pulled up the inventory of every dealership in the state to show me everything that was currently available. After we identified which one that I wanted (color and options), we started to discuss price. There was no haggeling necessary. The first price they quoted me was better than what the other dealership wanted for the year old truck and was better than anything I could find online. I didn't like the bed liner that came with it and so they even gave me a great deal on a spray in liner (I'm sure they have worked a deal with that vendor, but it was a much better price than I could have gotten). I have gone back to the dealership for tire rotations and oil changes (standard maintenance) a few times, and get the same outstanding service. As a service center or a dealership, I trust Go. I imagine a lot of that has to do with the quality of people that own and run the dealership. As long as Jonathon Lampros is there, I will be a loyal customer. More
