The sales team very good and quick to please the client. I purchased a vehicle last fall I also purchased a warranty they offer me just in case I had transmission and motor issues I didn’t have to pay thous I purchased a vehicle last fall I also purchased a warranty they offer me just in case I had transmission and motor issues I didn’t have to pay thousands that was their words,I brought the car few times for engine light everything was good I pay the deductible the engine light was on again for the 4 time they make me wait 2 months for appointment when I finally got my car in the dealership it was a Tuesday they didn’t comunícate with me till Saturday to tell me they submitted a claim to the warranty department,on the following Tuesday they told me the warranty will not cover and the amount to fix my car was almost 3thousand my question is one year of paying warranty on a car they know it was defective they came with the excuse warranty is low medium and higher why they didn’t tell me this when they sold the car and the warranty they just still your money and lie to you I won’t recommend this place to anyone who is buying a use vehicle they get their vehicle from auction from every where in usa they don’t care about their costumers they just want to make money More

We took our 2010 enclave to them to get the air conditioning fixed and the timing chains replaced due to milage when we got it back the factory Amp was shorted out so they charged us for a new one conditioning fixed and the timing chains replaced due to milage when we got it back the factory Amp was shorted out so they charged us for a new one then a week later the fuse box shorted out and they charged use for a new one a week after that the engine blew up and they said it had nothing to do with what they did we had no electrical issues and no engine issues when we took it to them we had bought a brand new ac delco battery for $380 when we got the car back it had a fvp after market battery in it so the on top of destroying the car the stole the brand new battery out of it in total we paid them just over $7700 to destroy our car the car belongs to my girlfriend who is handicapped and they just flat out took advantage of her and ripped her off I do not recommend anyone give these people your business. I was surprised by the lack of pressure by the sales dept I had purchased a pre-owned Chevy Colorado 4x4 with low mileage from Auto Nation North. I was surprised by the lack of pressure by the sales dept to try to make a sale. Unlike other Auto dealers ships I had visited previously. Auto Nation seemed more concerned with what I wanted, then just trying to push me in any vehicle just to make a sale. Within the first week of the purchase,I had a couple minor issues such as a tail light not working and I had noticed the brakes seemed to be pulsating. I brought it into Service and they fixed the tail light and replaced the brakes at no charge to me whatsoever. The following week I had noticed my fog lights were not working. So I brought my vehicle back into Service and they did a diagnostic on the vehicle and found out that the vehicle I had purchased did not come with fog lights. And the fog lights that were on the vehicle were from Chevrolet but an after market fog light kit. To make a long story short they diagnosed why they were not working was because they were not connected. But acknowledged that could find out why and possibly re-connect them at no charge. Again 5 Stars for Auto Nation North Sales & Service Team. I would not hesitate to recommend Auto Nation. Keep up the good work Auto Nation North. More
This is an update to my original reply. At the request of the owner I contacted the general manager after my email went without response. There was a general lack of concern in speaking with the GM. Even after reviewing the email while on the phone with me, he seemed to only address the failure of the repair on my most recent service. In regards to the remainder of the issues I have had over the past year with the vehicle, he simply stated that they would need to look at the vehicle (it’s scheduled for 11/1). He also stated that it seemed like I had a lot of warranty work covered which may or may not have been equal to the cost of the warranty (I am one year into a 3 years parts/labor warranty w/unlimited miles) which I am trying to get refunded. This also does not include the cost ($6k) of the transmission I had to replace out of pocket due to a warranty claim denial. Buyers be vary wary of this location as there is a significant lack of concern for the quality of the used vehicles being sold. Though the owners reply on this review gave me hope, I believe it to be inauthentic and an attempt to cover up a series of bad reviews. I will update again after my truck has been reviewed on 11/1…hopefully with a more positive response Original Reply: I bought a used vehicle from this location exactly one year ago and I couldn’t be more disappointed with the purchase. To start, it has been in the repair shop more than I have been able to drive it. The last repair was estimated to be a 10-day turnaround from diagnosis - I received it back after two months. Right after getting it back, I took it to the local mechanic and found out the transmission had failed at 112k miles. When submitting the claim through the extended warranty (which was highly recommended I purchased) I was told it was denied due to the fact it had a lift on it (installed at time of purchase). After speaking with the finance department, I was told the warranty should not have been sold to me as it didn’t cover anything due to the lift kit being on it. So, just after a year of having the vehicle I now have to pay $6k to put a new transmission into the truck. To make matters worse, the repair that it was taken in for (oil pan leak, engine coolant line leak) was not repaired. It now has to go back into this location to repair the original problem after it has been returned back from my mechanic who is working on the transmission repair. I have purchased 2 vehicles from AutoNation in the last year and can say that this location has significant issues with their used vehicles most of which I believe are due to improper treatment of the service department. The service manager as well as the technician who were working on my original claim left in the middle of my repair and was rushed through as a result. More
