Juaquin was my finance manager and refused to return my calls to help me figure it out. I went in and resigned still higher because it’s a vehicle I need, but I do not trust them and would recommend others be careful. They looked me dead in the eyes and told me it was approved and good, but then they called me back for more money. Pretty bummed out, won’t end up going back. More

Worse experience ever when buying vehicle I came to the dealer and bought the 2016 Corvette. It turned out that the worse experience ever. At this moment, the vehicle is at the dealer waiting for the technician to find out why there was weird noise when putting it in driving mode. However, I left it almost a week and they have not done anything yet. They do not even give me a call to explain why it takes them so long. I felt like I was treated when I bought that car. 100% never ever recommend anyone to that dealer. Not only that, I will contact BBB for help. More

1.5 wasted hours Went in to trade in my wife's car for something new. Was greeted at the door and asked if they could help me. Never had a single one of them even come by and offer water or see how I was doing. They didn't even acknowledge me as I walked out. Don't go here! Took 6 hours before I received a phone call that they had looked at my car. What's the point of making an appointment to bring the car in? I was encouraged to drive a car with damaged timing chain, balance chain and the parts holding them in place. The manager didn't even remember talking to me on the phone the day before when I expressed my concerns. Wasn't allowed to talk to the mechanic about my concerns over the phone, and would probably only have a minute to spare later when I came in to pick it up. Wasn't offered a rental car though my car had to remain in the shop over the weekend because parts were not in to fix the car. Upset with GM for not taking financial responsibility for the damaged timing chain, it became damaged due to oil consumption issues. I'm truly dreading bringing my car back in as I've now started the oil consumption testing. More
