I TRIED to buy a new Trail Boss for the advertised price with CASH, but price was an additional $800 when when I received papers for ADD-ON'S ie window tint, paint seal... same items were listed in OPTIONS with CASH, but price was an additional $800 when when I received papers for ADD-ON'S ie window tint, paint seal... same items were listed in OPTIONS for truck in the advertised price! Also a Costco member which provides a discount for those items. Yet they would not honor the Costco discount or their own advertised price! I was told by the salesman they will send the truck through the service center and have it fixed up on February 20th. On March 22nd (after 4 trips to the dealership) they emailed me to say they were through the service center and have it fixed up on February 20th. Absolutely poor customer service, after going on cargurus and getting a pre approval from GLS and sending it to Autonation north, they pulled 5 hard credit pulls and never contacted GLS.
