The level of unprofessionalism from a few of the staff members at this dealer is unbelievable. The manager Aaron working on 2/16/22 was incredibly unhelpful and never followed up with his word. Some of th members at this dealer is unbelievable. The manager Aaron working on 2/16/22 was incredibly unhelpful and never followed up with his word. Some of the lady's working the Service calls were rude, defensive against your requests, and constantly speak over you. I only came here because my vehicle required immediate attention. To be completely honest, I should have listened to reviews I read about this dealership prior to having them work on our truck. The only helpful, knowledgeable person at this place is Ashleigh, the assistant manager. More

Service desk informed car would not brake in reverse. Informed I needed nuther appt to correct. Left dealer no reverse brake. Went to Brakes+. Usual service good. Feel dealer should have taken reverse. Informed I needed nuther appt to correct. Left dealer no reverse brake. Went to Brakes+. Usual service good. Feel dealer should have taken care to assure safety after informed them on reverse situation and performed brake service promptly. Could have caused accident. Would I go back? Questionable after being customer for 20+ years! More
