I bought a car in June 2022, had problems immediately including replacing the transmission, wasted time going back and forth with their warranty department and service department. Everyone there was very friendly and answered my questions. I bought the vehicle the day after their inspection so it was still quite dirty inside and out when I looked at it. However, the detailing team did an amazing job making this vehicle look like new and because I did not have time to wait a few hours for the detailing, they even delivered it to my home a few hours later when it was done! It has a few minor cosmetic and function issues that they promised to fix for me as part of the deal, I just still have to make an appointment to do that. I bought from this dealership because they offer a 5-day return policy just in case I didn't like something after I bought it. I've had it about three of those days now and so far it is performing great! It also came with a 90-day power train warranty so I have that peace of mind as well. The whole process took longer than I would have liked to buy a car, but that is the case with most dealers anyway. All in all a very positive buying experience and I would buy from this dealership again. More
