I had been looking for a pickup truck for weeks, multiple dealers and brands and finally found the best deal in town at Autonation Chevrolet North on June 05 2023… Izzy (sales person) and Jose (manager) were very friendly, professional and respectful; they walked me through the process and took the time to explain everything that I needed to know and understand before signing any papers, the application process was really fast, it only took minutes (if I remember correctly) These two gentlemen were on top of their work with professionalism even took the time to help me set up the multiple features on my 2024 High Country 2500 which was way ahead of my knowledge since I hadn’t bought a new truck in 7 years. I was very impressed with this guy’s high level of professionalism and customer service skills, I will absolutely be recommending this place to friends and family, and will be bringing my business here for sure in the future. Buying a car with this dealership was great. Having your car serviced was awful. Had my car for 2 weeks before doing anything to the car. I had to call them to get updates on my car.
