The past 2 visits were not a good experience. I had waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change and new air filter. After waiting for more than 2 hours with an infant I told them I needed to lea I had waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change and new air filter. After waiting for more than 2 hours with an infant I told them I needed to leave, they said they didnt have time to complete the new air filter which was upsetting for waiting over 2 hours! Then I found out they failed to put my airfilter back together correctly and left a piece laying on the floor of my car. They did apologize and assured me it doesnt take more than an hour and a half at MOST to do those services, and promised me a courtesy oil change for my next visit. I went in yesterday for my next visit and explained my previous experience, showed them the airfilter piece from the floor and went inside to wait. There weren't many people waiting, I even had an appointment this time so I thought surely it won't take over 2 hours. But I was wrong, after having 2 screaming babies, and people leaving that came in after me I got up and asked the lady in hot pink with blondish hair to get me the service manager, she was extremely rude, snarky and attempted to belittle me and my request. Next thing I know I see my car pull up, she comes inside and says my car is finished. I said I asked for a manager, she said I could come talk to the lady outside and I stated that was not the manager. I don't know who she thinks she is, but I was not born yesterday and was not impressed with her lack of customer service and demeanor towards me. I finally was able to speak to the manager which was a man, not the lady, and they also said it shouldn't take more than 2 hours but yet there I was waiting. He did say there was extra time involved due to the piece not being properly put back the last time. These have been very bad experiences, the rude and snarky lady was enough to make me never want to return. But the service time is just unacceptable twice in a row. The manager did also make the whole service complimentary, but it doesn't make up for the way I was spoke too and treated as a customer. I live 2 minutes from the Grapevine location, but I keep driving out of my way to go to a familiar North Richland Hills dealership, not any more! More
