I had forgotten to make an appointment, but Todd Hoffman told me that he would get me taken care, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and ended up getting an alignment also. So I had a blowout back in the beginning of January. ....it took me a month to gather the courage and strength I feared I would need just to take my car in simply to find out whether or not it was one of ....it took me a month to gather the courage and strength I feared I would need just to take my car in simply to find out whether or not it was one of the tires that I had already replaced and ask if it was under warranty. I pull into the bay and IMMEDIATELY OMAR confirms that it was in fact one of the tires I had already replaced however he continues to inform me that unless I bought the entire set he does not believe tires come with individual warranties. I explain to him that I need to know exactly because otherwise I am going to Discount Tire where I KNOW each tire is warranted. He checks with a few people and confirms that the tire is covered and says the person who handled the purchase of the tire will handle the replacement of the tire. Says have a seat it is going to be a while. I asked how long is a while, he replies 2-3 hours. This was around 10 or 11 AM. I say I am leaving........ I get a call around 5:30 PM aplogizing for how long it took but they didn't have my tire in stock amd had to get one brought in from somewhere else and that was no biggie as I fortunately decided not to wait around. However getting up there before closing time was a problem for me but he said he would leave the keys with the receptionist because I had no balance due and that I could swing by to pick my car up at my earliest convenience. I show up Saturday evening, at my earliest convenience only to encounter a receptionist who does not have my keys, well she actually said she gave my keys away a while ago if you can imagine my shock so we walked over to service desk to look at the paperwork but it was in fact not my car......she then leads me to this panel of men sitting behind a counter asked if they knew of the location of my car and/or keys and every one of them shrugged their shoulders and nodded their heads NO. She says yea I am sorry I do not have your keys. SO THAT'S IT I ASKED....IS THERE A MANAGER??? She says they are the managers that's why I took you directly over to them. I go back over to all of them and ask them THAT'S IT? I AM SOL??? Like not one of you can get up and help me figure out where my car is or where my keys are.....blank stares all around, one pipes up says Unfortunately the Service Department is closed. I confirmed that they are closed on Sundays too so that's it!?!?!?! Dead silence.....and that is that, customer service at its finest I'd say.wouldnt you!?!?!?! More
