Came in for an oil change and a transmission concern. The oil change was very quick and easy. I have a Chevy truck with the 6 speed transmission that isn't shifting correctly which is a common issue. I was told it was 5-6 week waiting period and I would have to leave my truck to be in line for transmission work and they don't have any loaners they could give me. How am I supposed to go without my truck for 5-6 weeks while I wait. How convenient for Chevrolet not to fix something they can't seem to get right. More

Great working with our technician Daniel he’s always courteous and makes sure the job is done correctly. A few times we have had to bring our truck back and he takes care of the problem without us ha courteous and makes sure the job is done correctly. Having recently moved to the DFW area I was not familiar with quality of service from any Chevrolet dealership in Ft Worth, but an unexpected exhaust failure occurred and I needed repair ASAP. Not only did with quality of service from any Chevrolet dealership in Ft Worth, but an unexpected exhaust failure occurred and I needed repair ASAP. Not only did AutoNation Chevrolet get me a next day appointment, they inspected the whole vehicle front to back and washed and cleaned before returning it to me. No upsell on anything but what sold me on the quality customer service of AutoNation Chevrolet is they made an exception to the 10 mile radius (I live 17 miles away) courtesy shuttle and drove me home to pick up my other vehicle so I could go to work. Anyone familiar with driving in the DFW any time during the morning commute is not fun or something someone wants to do willingly. Found out that AutoNation Chevrolet is not actually my closet dealership but they are the dealership that will get my business for any service and or repair. More
