Every time I need anything my Service Advisor Daniel is on top of it! He and Gary have been looking out for our cars for years. It’s always a joy to see them because I know my car is in good hands. & It w on top of it! He and Gary have been looking out for our cars for years. I came in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and a complaint about my brakes. I was told that there was rust build up by my brakes and that is would be sanded down and lubed, that never occurred. I ha complaint about my brakes. I was told that there was rust build up by my brakes and that is would be sanded down and lubed, that never occurred. I had an 11am appointment and didn't leave until 1pm. After sitting there for longest the tech finally came. I told my daughter whom was with me why is it taking so long for an oil change. The tech told me that I needed new brakes although the paperwork clearly states that all brakes, front and rear are good. I was told that I needed new tires, a new cabin filter and a new engine filter. I felt as if I was being hustled. When I told Daniel no, he immediately lost all interest in completing any sales or even communicating to me. He allowed Jonathan to complete the sales and I needed assistance with my warranties and Daniel sat there and didn't say or do anything. Jonathan said that he couldn't find them in the system and that I had to return to Young Chevrolet to inquire about such. Daniel wad in no way helpful. He did not intervene or assist Jonathan. The tech person next to Jonathan, Chad, I believe was outstanding. Not only did he find my warranties and told Jonathan how to find them. Apparently Jonathan was new or unexperience. I have a problem still...that I need to address with Young Chevrolet in regards to my brakes. Daniel needs some sensitivity training, inclusivity/diversity training because he was ever unconcerned and only motivated by money not interpersonal customer relationships or longevity. I will never return to AutoNation North Richland Hills. Now out the clear blue sky my new vehicle with 40,000 miles is not running after getting an oil change. I just paid close to $150 for a part. I was over changed for the oil change, asking if it was bundled and charged as one price only to later discover I was changed for the oil change and tire rotation separately. I ended up paying over $80 for an oil change, first and last time ever paying that amount. I'm new in this area, live in Arlington and this location is 15 minutes away from my job and home but I will go out the way to go to another Chevy Dealership. I'm so disappointed and no one and ever returned my call in regards to this complaint and I never received my refund!! More
