I love the dealership, but there is one thing I do not understand. Why make an appointment for an oil change, then when we arrive be told it is a two hour wait. We might as well just walk in because the reason for the wait is because all the walk ins that came in before my appointment are being serviced. Also don’t understand why the service department is recommending an alignment. The truck has 20,000 miles on it, there are not any complaints of the front end pulling and according to the inspection report there is not any unusual wear on the tires. I would hope it is not being recommended because it is my wife bringing the truck in. I had her ask why that would be recommended, she said they just said it’s a recommended service. More
