Always great service no complaints. I did notice- I wasn’t greeted as always during my last visit. I arrived at 6:45 am on Saturday quite a trip to make- but it’s worth it. A service advisor approached my vehicle right at 7:00 and asked if I had an appointment. I told him I didn’t have an appointment, he told the wait was 5 hrs. I said ok- I will wait. I seemed like the advisor was expecting me to say ok- I will leave. He wasn’t very friendly and just walked off. The oil change, recall and 15K service didn’t take 5 hrs…it was done in 2 hrs and the Tahoe was washed also. My advisor was great! The advisor that approached me must have had a bad morning. More

Brought the truck in from multiple issues in a recall on the center console that needed a new poster or something like that I’m not even sure they got that done after having the vehicle for five days the on the center console that needed a new poster or something like that I’m not even sure they got that done after having the vehicle for five days the only thing they could come up was is that my battery had one week so I’m not sure that I have much face in AutoNation I used to work for you guys it’s obviously to me that you guys have dropped your abilities in your standards I’m not sure that you ever had and I will not be returning your service department and the general motors in to be a survey I’ll give you a bad review thanks More
