No service was performed. Vehicle was there from 9/27-10/10 to say nothing wrong could be found. I received a text alert and an alert on myChevrolet app after my vehicle would not start and check engine light came on that I needed diag service within 7 days. I made a service appt and could not believe how many vehicles were ahead of me for service. Sounds like there is a real issue with Chevrolet products. When I picked up my vehicle 13 days after dropping it off, I was instructed to drive it and if it happens again to have it towed. I have zero confidence and being a female that travels for work that I should even be driving this vehicle with fear of getting stranded. Chevrolet has failed me! Service is horrible. I paid double what I was originally quoted because mechanics broke something else they were not supposed to work on. Garan is the head of service and could care less how long your vehicle is out of service. No loaner vehicles are available . Everything is “back ordered.” Andrew was my service representative. He never provides customers with updates. He is as useful as a hemorrhoid. Take your vehicle elsewhere. More
