Support is great plus service on time, but one thing I hate is scheduled before you can go sometime emergencies oil change needed still they can’t help. Is very bad. Took delivery on a C8 Corvette on 12-2021. System monitoring indicated oil should be changed soon. Set up an appointment for 10-27-2022 at 2pm. When I arrived was informed I would have to leave it because GM also recommended transmission service and that GM would cover both. Set up an appointment for11-02 at 8 am and made arrangements for my wife to pick me up. When I arrived for appointment was told an oil change was only recommended and if I wanted transmission serviced I would have to pay for it. I never requested transmission service but was told at earlier appointment GM recommended it and I was only repeating what the service tech had told me. The service department said GM had changed their position on transmission service since my first appointment and no longer recommended transmission service at this time. No one called to inform me of this change so I made two trips plus having my wife drive to the dealership so I could leave the car. I was not happy to say the least. Previous to this I had made an appointment for oil change on my 2017 Silverado. When I arrived I was told it would take over 2 hours. I said I had an appointment but there had been walk ins. When I complained at time of payment was told if I hadn’t made an appointment it might have taken longer so what is the value of an appointment. More
