This dealership has always been a thorn in my side. From 2-4hour oil changes, to the runaround from sales. Fake leather couches that are deteriorating so badly that pieces stick to your clothing. Other’s trash spread all over the place. After all that, they put someone else’s state inspection in my car which I didn’t notice until I arrived at the tax collector’s office. So frustrating! If the oil changes were not prepaid from the initial lease, I would NEVER go back to this place. So incredibly disappointing! Someone needs to do something!! More

About 45 days ago I was driving on a highway when all of my electronics shut off. The engine kept running but all screens, gauges, etc. turned entirely off. They did turn back on after a few minutes, but when I reached my destination and tried to park... the engine shut off and I had to put in back into "park" and restart the vehicle. I was able to pull forward, out of the roadway, and had to pray that I could get the vehicle back to the dealership later that day. Although I made it to AutoNation, the vehicle continued sputter when I tried to park the vehicle. I was told that the issue was a battery cable. $1,800 and 3 weeks later I got my vehicle back.... Last week I was driving on 820, ironically about 2 miles from AutoNation, and suddenly all of my electronics shut off. This time I could smell smoke, the A/C shut off and the power steering was dead. Everything electric or electronic was dead! No gauges, no steering, no window control, no A/C... just a burning smell and holding on for dear life. I limped it back to AutoNation since it was the closest option that I felt I might be able to safely get to. Here is where I believe that AutoNation sets itself apart from their competition... After plugging in their "fault indicator" device they argued that these peculiar situations were completely unrelated to each other. This time I needed a new alternator and some temperature gauge that had burned out, which was related to the a/c system failure? These repairs ran around $1,400 setting my total to $3,200 in the past 5-6 weeks. I find it difficult to buy the story that I have the statistically worst odds in the world... with a vehicle that happened to have nearly identical failures, happening within weeks apart, and that they are totally unrelated and isolated circumstances. They even asked me to give them a 5 star review... that was icing on the cake. I have a 2015 Suburban LTZ which I bought from AutoNation Chevrolet in North Richland Hills. Here is a condensed list of the issues that I have had with this vehicle: 1) Complete replacement of the Magnetic Air Ride system (must be replaced in pairs) 2) Complete replacement of the Steering Column after it started clicking when you turn the wheel... and it currently has the same issue again! 3) Replacement of the back gate (lift door) as it had stopped working 4) Complete replacement of the Magnetic Air Ride system (AGAIN!!) Although I have had this vehicle for 7 years and 130,000 miles... I have no faith that this vehicle will suddenly change from a lemon to trusted mode of transportation. I have even less faith in AutoNation Chevrolet to take care of their customers. We are now at the point of needing to find a replacement of this vehicle. Luckily for me... AutoNation is willing to help me by offering to give me the Costco Discount on a new vehicle because I am a Costco Member... I find it odd that the only sliver of customer service I can get for my troubles is from Costco! More
Support is great plus service on time, but one thing I hate is scheduled before you can go sometime emergencies oil change needed still they can’t help. Is very bad.
