They got the job done in a quick manner, which I appreciate. But the environment is not kid friendly. I made an appointment and received confirmation through email 3 times and text 1. When I got there I was told I didn’t have an appointment. My name was pulled up and I was shown on the tablet I don’t have email 3 times and text 1. When I got there I was told I didn’t have an appointment. When I pulled up all the confirmations to show the attendant she said yeah that’s us but we didn’t receive it. I showed her emails I received from Charles Lankford and she said they don’t have a Charles Lankford. I’m not sure who Charles Lankford is but he has sent me confirmation emails since I purchased the truck. It just seemed funny to me that when I got there and didn’t have an appointment it was my fault. I was told it must be the computers but I am not sure how I received so many confirmations. Anyway I got my oil changed and tires rotated. I left the vehicle and came back to pick it up. When I picked up my truck it took a long amount of time to check out, again because of the computers. If the computer system is what is causing inconvenience to your customers then get them fixed. As a long time customer if I pull up and say I have an appointment it’s because I have an appointment.
