I called back today regarding my Yukon because my Airbag light came back on again just recently after it was serviced for a recall on the Airbags and the service guy says there will be a diagnosis charge to figure it out. Since my light was on when I brought it in, then I was advised the job was completed in a very short time of less than half of the 3 hour turn around time I was advised.. After that phone call, I decided that I'll have to look somewhere else for service and trade in down the road.

Ive tried contacting the GM several times, unfortunately I never seem to be able to reach them. Nor has the person evet responded back to me. This vehicle has several problems that I have constantly reported since I purchased this vehicle. Electrical, transmission, and no jack to start. Every time I try to address these issues there is a 2 week wait and they want to keeep my vehicle and not touch it or give me a loaner. Why cant they make a appointment for the tine they can look at the vehicle and have me bring it back in when they are ready to check it out? Im very unhappy with my purchase and this dealership.
