The prices were reasonable. I got a lot done - state inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and it was a two hour wait which was fine, most places take a while. I had an appointment scheduled to have my truck looked at for a potential problem. I arrived just a little bit earlier than expected, but I was welcomed by the sales advisors. After looking at and resolving my problems, they made me aware of two newly released recalls. I was offered to get the recalls serviced and given an expected completion time, which of course didn't take as long as I had thought. Great customer service. More
Anytime you have to have a car towed to the dealer it's a little nerve wracking. Some of the same words said in a little more empathetic manner would have been nice. Unfortunately, since GM Road Assist was towing the car, they have to take it to the nearest dealer. This would not have been my choice. Asked my service rep about a loaner car - exact words "No loaners". Went home and checked my warranty and found that a rental was covered since they had no loaner cars. Called the dealer back to just ask which company I should call. Exact words - "I don't know." Called GM customer service and a super nice lady told me to call Enterprise. That's all the info I was asking for! Car was ready for pick up so I asked if the courtesy driver could pick me up. Of course - they don't have a courtesy driver. So I walked to the dealer to get my car. I'd had a prior discussion about leaving the dead battery in the back of my car for me so that I could return it for the warranty. Got home and it's not there. Did they do the job? I think so - it's only been 2 days but car starts so that's a plus. Could they have had better customer service? Absolutely. More
The service with this dealership has always been top notch. This last trip to them was for a new transmission. We were told up front what to expect on time as they were very busy. So far, I have been very pleased with this dealership. The service appears to be good. However, during the last visit the service sticker that shows the return date and mileage was not placed on the wind The service appears to be good. However, during the last visit the service sticker that shows the return date and mileage was not placed on the windshield correctly and fell on the floor of my truck. The truck was washed and clean really good when I returned it for cleaning the next day. More
