Very disappointing took my car in on a Tuesday. Did not get it back until 11 days later went in for the issue when I got the car back I didn’t even drive 20 miles and all my warning lights came on Did not get it back until 11 days later went in for the issue when I got the car back I didn’t even drive 20 miles and all my warning lights came on for my brakes not the best customer service with Christopher Medina, but Daniel was pretty helpful. Quite capable. Successful repair. Good people. I had to suggest the Service Manager ask for GM to help pay for what was a known problem that should never happen Successful repair. Good people. I had to suggest the Service Manager ask for GM to help pay for what was a known problem that should never happen to a “new” vehicle. The impact was a savings to me of $8000!!! Why did the customer have to lead this?!? And then my vehicle was damaged while at the shop. Responsibility was quickly taken, but really?!? Damaged at the shop?!?! After 4 weeks without a vehicle (no loaner offered), now I have to go back to get my door fixed! More
