Online appointment time is off by 1. 5-2 hrs from actual start to wotk on the car. Not acceptable, especially with an uncomfortable low quality waiting area. If the discrepancy in time is to be “tolerated” by the customer then the waiting area should be more comfortable then a 1960s bus station. - Based on the followup questions, service agent Madden was very good at doing what she could, i would NOT recommend this place to buy a vehicle based on the service waiting area. Service waiting area is TERRIBLE. Once a customer has experienced a waiting area similar to Sewell you will feel UNAPPRECIATED at Auto Nation. More
Took my car in for service due to the ESC light. They kept my car a week and didn't fix saying the light is on cause I have rims. I love the dealership, but there is one thing I do not understand. Why make an appointment for an oil change, then when we arrive be told it is a two hour wait. We might as well just walk in because the reason for the wait is because all the walk ins that came in before my appointment are being serviced. Also don’t understand why the service department is recommending an alignment. The truck has 20,000 miles on it, there are not any complaints of the front end pulling and according to the inspection report there is not any unusual wear on the tires. I would hope it is not being recommended because it is my wife bringing the truck in. I had her ask why that would be recommended, she said they just said it’s a recommended service. More
