I had an unfortunate experience during my last service that gives me pause on this dealer. The communication was poor and the information provided by the service advisor was incomplete. I.e. I was not informed of additional items that were added to the quote (after I was told the initial estimate would be lower due to some items needing to be taken off). I was additionally told that there would be a 10% military discount only to find out that it was capped at $150. While grateful for the discount, it was a very small part of the $7300 transmission replacement. More
Called made appointment for service. Went in at scheduled time, drove in tech came out. Gave him my name and time of appointment. Got in and out. Mannn, let me tell yall, when I got there for my appointment, this first guy served me but told me he would be back, and i guess he didn't want to help me out. Then robert came out and he is the mos appointment, this first guy served me but told me he would be back, and i guess he didn't want to help me out. Then robert came out and he is the most knowledgeable and kind person. He made sure everything was running right, and he would recommend what to do and what not to do. I just liked that he was so knowledgeable about what he was doing instead of trying to get me to pay for more stuff. He is so patient, too. Yall have such a great person working for yalls company. Please take care and value him because they are very rare to have. Give him a raise too frfr!! Next time, I'll be asking for him because ik I can trust him with what he says and with my vehicle. Thank you, Robert, for taking care of your customers and how it should be done. More
