Hello the only reason I'm writing this review,is because reviews are meant for improvements where needed.This is the 2 nd vehicle we have purchased from AutoNation.The 1 st was in San Antonio Tx(read my rev reviews are meant for improvements where needed.This is the 2 nd vehicle we have purchased from AutoNation.The 1 st was in San Antonio Tx(read my review).I thought been in Dallas TX,it would have been a different experience, but to my dismay it was worst than our 1 st one.Were from South TX(McAllen 956 area)so we wanted a vehicle to purchase on line,it started with the phone call,the receptionist Angela had one of the worst CSR that we've experienced,she was rude,careless,and acted if she was doing us a favor.I ask for the supervisor (Mike I)and he acted the same way,he started by hey bud, which I said please my name is not bud .So he went on by saying if you want to buy or not you don't have to buy the car without even listening to my complain about receptionist.My wife had started the process earlier that day ,and when I called it was after work so that's why I called asking for the vehicle she had liked.But receptionist and supervisor didn't actually care about any of this information.I asked for a manger but also got the run around.Later that evening my wife and I went for dinner when I got a call back and they gave us the managers email,we prayed and I went home 🏠 and sent an email to him, because no one deserves to be treated that way,so maybe corporate is not aware of what really goes on there workplace.We send an email out and the next day we got a called,I explained my experience to Mr.Ardis (General manager) by that time we decided not to buy the vehicle.Buy Mr Ardis was very apologetic,I called my wife and we prayed again 🙏.So I called back and continued the process.You might say WHY didn't you go somewhere else,but just like Christ did for us (2nd chance)we decided to give Mr.Ardis a 2 nd chance.We bought the vehicle Rav4 2008 and we are very happy with it.I called back a month later to see if our plates had arrived,and once again receptionist Angela,gave me an attitude,I reminded her that Mr.Ardis had already taken care of all our issues and reminded her that Customer service is great responsibility for any Company,and as a representative she should be nicer.I believe that everyone should be treated with respect,that's the reason this review is written.God bless everyone and we all have a choice,if we don't like our jobs ,we can always find a new one where you wake up happy knowing your going to contribute to a company values and principles.BELIEVE 🙏 blessings to all from the 956 area More

This service department is awesome. They have been very friendly and good at servicing my truck.
