Had my Mother in laws 2023 Chevy Equinox towed in at first the response was great. Then that’s when it downhill I called and left several messages with service advisor named KYLE. Long story short I picked the vehicle up today 10/08/2024 around 1:00 pm and headed back home guess what same thing happens to the car again I barely made it to another Chevy dealership where they will get our service.
