Overall, service did a great job repairing my truck. My only “gripe” is that I called after 4 days to check on the status of my truck, and my service advisor, Roland, happened to be off work that day. I then called the general service phone number and although the people I spoke with were very pleasant, it was clear they had no idea about my vehicle. Twice I was forwarded to someone else’s voice mail account. When I called back and insisted for an update, the woman who answered the phone put me on hold and was kind enough to walk back to speak to the technician for me, which I appreciated. They’ve been repairing vehicles for a long time, and I understand they may be shorthanded and everyone is very busy in these crazy times, but there should be a system in place to handle simple customer inquiries when the service advisor is not available. I genuinely felt like nobody knew what was going on, which did not provide confidence. BUT, I will take my vehicle back for service for sure. More

Chevy Trucks suck my last 2 where pieces of JUNK the last truck was $72K it was in the Chevy shop 6 times and headed back for a 7th time in 86k miles the cost to me was $732.00 for a Coolant Sensor when I ha truck was $72K it was in the Chevy shop 6 times and headed back for a 7th time in 86k miles the cost to me was $732.00 for a Coolant Sensor when I had paid $3,200 dollars for bumper to bumper 100k extended warranty BS my wife and I have been Loyal Chevy people but I will never buy a Chevy again One time it took 28 days to replace a Serpentine belt again BS FYI I now own a Ram Truck because when I picked up my truck from a burnt out Injector #4 cylinder and a burnt out #6 glow plug I went 10 miles and the windshield wipers quit working and that was it Hello Dodge Ram I’m very disappointed in Chevy and there backing Good Bye More
