We were in the Corpus Christi area with our RV and new Chevy Silverado truck. We had a warranty issue that another Texas Chevy dealership treated like it was going to be brain surgery to fix. I reached out to Rebecca Rosa, our service advisor, four weeks prior to our arrival to schedule an appointment. She listened to our story of what had happened so far in trying to get our problem solved, and she was compassionate and professional. She had me communicate with parts to be sure they could get the part in the timeframe we were in town. On the day of the first appointment to take a look at the truck, it was determined the correct part and the parts department ordered it and the truck was ready to have the warranty issue fixed two days later. When we arrived for the repair, Rebecca was at her desk, got the needed part, and had us wait in the lounge. She had an estimate of the time it would take and also gave us updates on the technician's progress while working on the vehicle. We watched her do the same for others, like an orchestra conductor, keeping things moving in harmony. She also advised us that we had some free service for the new truck that no one else told us about, not even the dealership we bought the truck from. Rebecca is an asset to the service department and obviously enjoys her job and helping others! Great job by the service technician who did the work and the parts department for getting the part in a timely manner. We will see you all again when we are in town! More
