I made two appointments online through the my Chevy app and when I showed up for my appointment they had no record of the appointment. Rescheduled the appointment in person. Showed up for the appointment a and when I showed up for my appointment they had no record of the appointment. Rescheduled the appointment in person. Showed up for the appointment and dropped the vehicle off. Waited three days and still had not heard anything from them about what was wrong or how long it would take to repair the vehicle. I made multiple calls and left messages with my service advisor with no return call. I had to ask for them manger to even get an update on my vehicle. They had my vehicle for over a week to flush my transmission. When I finally got my vehicle back it looked liked it had been sitting in the desert for a week. Will not be returning to this dealership. Very slow and not friendly at all. More
I took my car in to have it serviced because I had an appointment that day. I didn't have any problems because the girl that tended to me was kind courteous and helpful. I brought my Tahoe in for some transmission work. They looked at it and got back to me within a couple days unfortunately with news it had to be replaced. Pricing for the work was competitive with ot They looked at it and got back to me within a couple days unfortunately with news it had to be replaced. Pricing for the work was competitive with other mechanics and they knocked out the work in a few days. Tahoe runs like new again even with 200K+ miles. RLTW More
