This is my honest opinion on Autonation North regarding this visit. I had my 2016 Chevy Silverado towed there on December 27 around noon. The reason why I dropped it off was I drove my truck to a store, we this visit. I had my 2016 Chevy Silverado towed there on December 27 around noon. The reason why I dropped it off was I drove my truck to a store, went inside for about 15 minutes. When I went back in I used my remote to unlock it, the inside cab light came on and the beep that always happens. Nothing on the dash came on. When putting in the key and trying to start it still no dash lights/warnings just blank and it would not crank or make any other noise. I spoke to a person who stated they would probably get to look at it on the 28 but it was the holidays. I let him know what happened and that I just replaced on of the batteries two weeks prior. I called on the 28 around 4 pm. At that time I spoke with Paul my service advisor. He stated that since my truck was a diesel he wanted his diesel mechanic to take a look at it since it was a diesel. He stated that he would be in on Tuesday the 2nd. I called Tuesday at around 1030 left a message for Paul to return my call. I called again around noon asking for Paul who at that time stated he dropped off the paperwork with mechanic and was going to ask him about the truck. I did not hear anything back. I then called around 4 requesting Paul and an update on my truck. He stated that he has not heard back yet and that he was going to go speak with him and call me back. Around 530 I received a text from Paul saying the mechanic left before he could speak to him. On the 3rd I called again around 10 and did speak with Paul. He stated he was really busy and the morning was not a good time to call since he had a lot of people checking in. He did tell me the mechanic looked at my truck and that it had major electrical issue. I asked for a time frame and he could not give me one since he was so busy. I drove down to the dealership to speak with him in person. When I arrived I stated that it is best to speak in person and would like to know the time line to have it looked at. I told him if they were too busy and could not get to it I could take it somewhere else to get fixed. He stated that he did not know about an update and if I wanted to take it somewhere else I could and it would not impact him at all. (His reply was not in the cordial tone I used but a, I don’t give a poop tone). I asked if he could hold on a second while I make a call. I called a locally owned repair shop and asked if they could take my vehicle. They would even tow it for me. I walked back inside and let paul know that I would be taking it elsewhere and what were the procedures I would need to do for the tow truck driver. He told me don’t worry about it the tow truck drivers knows what to do. I waited outside for about 15 minutes and the tow truck driver showed up. He asked me where the vehicle was and I told him around back and he should know what to do. Well, he did not so we had to go inside and ask paul. Paul stated just go through the gate (while waving his hand towards the gate.) So the tow truck driver and myself went and picked up my truck from the back gated in area. The good news! The next morning around 0830 I received a call from the locally owned repair shop (Certified) that my truck was ready. It did cost me a little more since I told them Autonation told me it had a major electrical problem. So they started going through all the electrical to find no issues at all. What they found was the battery I did not replace was leaking around the terminal. So they wasted a few hours doing work they did not have to do. They just replaced my batteries and my truck runs great. Now I have a great place other than Autonation to take of all my car care needs. Autonation sucks xxxxx with xxxx poor employees who have never given a poop about me or my family. Since this is the 3rd or 4th time I have written one of these letters over the years, I know your crappy business model still sucks and will not improve. If you call or send me another email/text/phone call asking m More

When I went I went in with a coupon and verifed twice if they would honorthe coupon and they said yes. The coupon was for an oil chage for 59.99. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was charged $159.00. I told them I had a coupon and they said they could not honor it because my car took a special kind of oil that was excluded on the coupon. The coupon did not say that, it said it excluded diesal cars. Do not go here! They are vey discorganized and miscommunication all over the place. They left the inside of my car a mess and my settings all messed up. There a better places and prices to get an oil chage. i dealt with Paul Longoria and he was no help. More
