I had an amazing experience here. I originally went to a different dealership and had a constant headache when speaking with them. When I was referenced by a friend to go to Autonatio I originally went to a different dealership and had a constant headache when speaking with them. When I was referenced by a friend to go to Autonation Chevrolet I went with not too much hope. After working with the front desk lady (I am sorry I cannot think of her name) and Roland Alanis, I can 100% say with confidence that I will continue to go here. The customer service was amazing and I was very happy with how everything was handled and explained to me. I was treated with so much care and my car issue was resolved within a week. I highly recommend coming here at each opportunity. More
The tech kept my tire lock. The air pressure was off by as much as 10 lbs per tire. That info was given to the service writer. The appointment was at 0930 I didn’t get a pickup call. So I dropped by the deal shop at about 0500. I was told the same as I told them the horn has power but it wasn’t fixed. Oil change only. More

I finally approached the young receptionist who was coming from her lunch and passing out her leftovers if anyone was available to help me, she looked annoyed and said yes let me page Roland. In meantime every employee sat on their desk eating. Must of been lunch time at this location. Don’t ya’ll have a break room for breaks? As a customer I don’t care to see you eat and be ignored. More
Service member Johnathan Guy was highly unprofessional. Didn’t explain the billing correctly and when I began to question him about why the pricing was the way it was and why there was a difference in what Didn’t explain the billing correctly and when I began to question him about why the pricing was the way it was and why there was a difference in what I was previously told, he became defensive saying that the money “wasn’t going to him”. I asked for another service member and they were able to clearly and easily explain the reason why the pricing was different from what I was initially told. No customer service skills whatsoever, even when the customer is clearly upset. Literally acted like he didn’t care about his job and walked the office around making smart remarks. Other than him, it was a smooth operation. Took a lot longer than expected but I understand the issues with ordering and supply chains at the moment. More
