Service member Johnathan Guy was highly unprofessional. I asked for another service member and they were able to clearly and easily explain the reason why the pricing was different from what I was initially told. No customer service skills whatsoever, even when the customer is clearly upset. Literally acted like he didn’t care about his job and walked the office around making smart remarks. Other than him, it was a smooth operation. Took a lot longer than expected but I understand the issues with ordering and supply chains at the moment. More

Horrible experience with service advisor Johnathan Guy and manger Mac. Neither one of them return my phone calls or keep in touch to let me know the status on my vehicle. When I call the lady who answers always claims they’re with a customer. They try to seem busy. However, when you show up to service center they’re just joking around laughing. Also, they left a nut on my center console. Where it goes who knows. I advised Johnathan to give me a copy of everything that was done to my truck. He couldn’t even do that. Never again will I take my truck there for anything. It was only there for a simple oil change an small noise coming from inside the cab. More
