Damage my 2021 Escalade . Autonation Chevrolet Dealership has had my car for over a month and still in the shop waiting for parts and further inspection the damage they have caused. More
BJ never ceases to amaze. I was at another dealer closer to home, that I had an appointment set up with, for oil change. When I showed up for that appt. I was told that thei I was at another dealer closer to home, that I had an appointment set up with, for oil change. When I showed up for that appt. I was told that their system was down, come back later. I went to Auto Nation North, and BJ said "Sure, we can squeeze you in. You will have to leave it with me, but we will get it done by lunch". Got everything setup, they had a driver quickly take me to my office, and it was great. BJ Called me before lunch, said I was ready to go. More
Poor service. Not the type of customer service anybody should receive. Beginning with my assigned service advisor that didn’t call to tell me my car was ready. Great service and sales. Quick and clean work. Much appreciated, however two suggestions: online/text scheduling failed to mention that there are two identically branded Auto Quick and clean work. Much appreciated, however two suggestions: online/text scheduling failed to mention that there are two identically branded Autonation chevy dealers on the same road, but several miles apart, hence I showed up where i bought the truck, instead of where the scheduler selected. Better communication needed; and when a petite mechanic changes the drivers seat upward and forward to move a customer vehicle to accommodate their height, please reset the seat for the taller owner because in this case I couldn't ever climb into my truck until I reset the seat myself. Great people, just need a tune-up on these two elements if customer service. More
