Damage my 2021 Escalade . BJ never ceases to amaze. I was at another dealer closer to home, that I had an appointment set up with, for oil change. When I showed up for that appt. I was told that thei I was at another dealer closer to home, that I had an appointment set up with, for oil change. When I showed up for that appt. I was told that their system was down, come back later. I went to Auto Nation North, and BJ said "Sure, we can squeeze you in. You will have to leave it with me, but we will get it done by lunch".
