Customer service lacking. I pulled in an open bay with a green arrow, had an appointment, waited for someone to come out, didnt greet just asked if i had appt or an adviso I pulled in an open bay with a green arrow, had an appointment, waited for someone to come out, didnt greet just asked if i had appt or an advisor, said i need to back out and move over 3 bays to bay 7...huh? Advisor was nice. When i checked out cashier didn't even look up, just yelled "name" then said my car is in spot 13 behind empty building.. here are the keys. Don't pull it up here, I get to my car notice my tire pressure low (i got a rotate), decide not to go in an have to move bays and stuff... i go to discount tire for a free tire check with amazing customer service. Unfortunately i moved away from my other chevy dealer...this is closest. More

Years ago I swore I’d never step foot in this dealership after they promised their best price up front. They gave me the price of the vehicle and I decided it was more than I wanted to pay so I got up to le after they promised their best price up front. They gave me the price of the vehicle and I decided it was more than I wanted to pay so I got up to leave and they finance manager tried to stop me on the way out and said he could do better. I said well then that’s not your best price up front and I walked out and told them I’d never be back. I happened to be driving by and they had a truck I was thinking about buying on the lot and all I wanted was to take a peak so I pulled over. A sales associate named James Pittman came over and I almost walked away because I was done looking at the truck but he wasn’t one of those high pressure type salesman and I was willing to talk based on that alone. This experience was different than my first and I give credit solely to James. Great communication and although I had to go back and forth on my trade in price we worked out a deal. Thanks again James. You alone won me back More
