I took my vehicle in for a tune-up with just over 100,000 miles and Robert screened my records and let me know that I had taken care of the tuneup at 95,000+; again attention to detail and did not do a repeat of unnecessary service. The Dealership seems responsive and professional but I cannot say the same about the Chevrolet vehicle itself. The Transmissions on many of their lines like my $44,000.00 ZR2 are faulty and have shifti cannot say the same about the Chevrolet vehicle itself. The Transmissions on many of their lines like my $44,000.00 ZR2 are faulty and have shifting issues that the Chevrolet Company refuses to address but instead encourages the dealerships to tell owners that rough shifting and jerking do not effect safety, should be accepted as normal so in other words GFY.
