Your message shows the amount of time you took to actually read my complaint, very similar to how your sales man, Egor, listened to what I wanted. I am not looking for a 2500 such as your salesman tried to pressure me into. I am however looking to purchase a 3500. Which Fleet manager are you? The first one I spoke with promised up and down that he would take care of this and find me a truck. I never heard from him again. Not very good customer experience...even from a manager.

What I would like to do is to determine a way to find the correct truck for you. If I had that info, I could do a quick search and determine if there is a unit available for immediate delivery, or if you would be better off ordering a vehicle.
