I purchased two cars from this dealership, and the sales experience was satisfactory. However, dealing with the service department has been a challenging experience. Reaching someone for service inquiries i experience was satisfactory. However, dealing with the service department has been a challenging experience. Reaching someone for service inquiries is difficult, as the main number routes to an out-of-state office and calls often go unanswered. It's taken me two weeks just to speak with a service representative about a simple part question. The dealership should reconsider and improve its communication process in the service department. I told the kid that met me at the door and checked me in at 8 to change the number but I guess this error will go on. More
We dropped our car off at the dealer for an oil leak. While the work was being done. The so-called tech broke the hardest thing on an engine to break, (the cylinder head) I am certain the engine was dropped on to the ground. There were other plastic items on the engine that were brand new. (easy to tell) Of course they won't admit it. They had our car from 11-27-23 until 3-15-24. When they finally finished our car there was a large dent in the rear quarter panel, and a dent/scratch in the hood. It then went to their body shop, where some unqualified person worked on our car. When we got it back there were large scratches and grooves in the body work that they just painted over. (pathetic workmanship) a blind man could have done better work. They also ruined our taillights with the buffer wheel scratching them all up. When we got it home, we noticed the engine was at high idle, and the ac didn't work. So, we then took it back to the dealer at which point they charged our insurance company (ally) for work they failed to do the right first time (that's called insurance fraud) They have been turned in and hopefully will be held responsible!! Yesterday 4-20-24 the engine light is on again and needs to go back to the dealer that ruins something else every time they touch our car. I cannot believe a multibillion-dollar company feels the need to rip off hard working people like us. We are definitely seeking legal counsel. They have takin a perfect 2019 Blazer and ruined it. If you read all this and still take or buy your car there. You deserve the same results. Dennis Ray Mills Jr! More
