SEVERE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu from this place, my third car in the past 4 years that I have bought from them. With the first two cars, my old licen I purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu from this place, my third car in the past 4 years that I have bought from them. With the first two cars, my old license plate was transferred to the new car, and the salesman placed the old license plate on the new car behind the temporary slip for the plate. With my 3rd vehicle, I was again told that the plate was being transferred, so I assumed they would put it in the new car as usual. Fast forward 3 weeks, I get my registration tab, and when I went to put it on my plate, my plate was missing. I emailed my salesperson, Justin Matusow, to call me and help me resolve the situation. Instead I received a string of emails from him in a conversation that basically told me that it was my problem, because I MUST have lost the plate, because they "don't make that kind of mistake." So now I have to take time off from work to go to the MVD for a duplicate plate. So I lose time at work and I have to pay for the plate replacement. AutoNation did NOTHING to help me... they didn't even look to see if my old car was still there at the dealership. WORST service ever in my life. Then they covered the labor for the part not under warranty which was greatly appreciated. They took care of the Rent-A-Car which I didn't even know was a benefit. Horrible Customer Service with Finance Department I sold my car that I originally bought at this dealerships and was told that I could get a reimbursement for the remainder of my gap insurance and mai I sold my car that I originally bought at this dealerships and was told that I could get a reimbursement for the remainder of my gap insurance and maintenance plan. Autonation Chevrolet Superstition Springs was very unresponsive from the beginning. I suppose because I was getting money back and not spending money with them I am not worthy of good customer service. Phone calls were never answered and e-mails were never replied to so I finally had to go in to the location to speak to someone to find out what needed to be done to get this refund. I spoke with Adam Middaugh and Thomas Sullivan and submitted everything to them and they said they would take care of everything from there. I was told that I would receive a check within in 4 - 6 weeks from Autonation. Here it is 8 weeks later and I haven't received a check so I e-mailed them to see if they could check on the status of the refund. Three (3) e-mails later and 2 voicemails left and I still have not received any sort of response. I have bought my last 3 vehicles from this dealership but unfortunately they will never get my business again as I have learned that you are only a priority to them if you are giving them sales and your money. Elliot came right out to greet me and my mother and was very courteous. He asked us what we were looking for in a car and showed me a car that was a perfect fit for me. I ended up getting a Chevy Sonic. I love my new car. It is the perfect color with comfy seats. It's good on gas. When we went back to finance Joe was very helpful. Long story short our current situation is that we are stuck upside down in a vehicle and are filing bankruptcy. We went to Autonation Chevrolet and we had a great experience. They basically told us that they can get us into a vehicle because they are not in the best part of town so they don't really get to "choose their customers" like a dealership in a nicer area with better clientele. So we traded in our vehicle and we were approved for this vehicle that is a great price low miles and excellent power. The salesman told us that we would write a check for 4000 to get the banks attention and then once they approve us later on they would change it to our actual payment of 2000. We would be able to drive the car off the lot that night and would have 45 days to pay off the down payment. All they needed was an actual paper check. He told us that a temporary check would be allowed all we had to do was have a check with the banks name on it. We came back the next morning because the banks had already closed. The next day when we came back the salesman we dealt with wasn't acting right. He wasn't paying attention to us and he had to constantly be paged to give us service. Once we got all our paperwork done we talked to the finance manager, got all our payments figured out but he then told us that they can't "fake out the bank" which makes sense but he also said our check wasn't valid because it was a temporary check. Basically the finance manager said the salesman was completely wrong about everything. THE PEOPLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP CAN'T FIGURE THEIR STRATEGY OUT!!! We got all the paperwork signed and they said we were good to go but they wouldn't even let us drive off the lot until we paid our down payment. THE SALESMAN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING AND WASTED OUR TIME. Because the dealership just lied to us and jerked us around we will not be doing our business with them. More
