When you call a big dealership you expect their Service Dept. to be organized and competent. How this is not the case with this dealership. I called and made a 10:00 AM appointment for a special they wer Dept. to be organized and competent. How this is not the case with this dealership. I called and made a 10:00 AM appointment for a special they were advertising. An oil change & new wiper blades for$79. I was 15min early and because of a lack of good directions on their signs, had to go find someone to direct me on what to do. Service Rep was very professional (at first). Did all the stuff they needed to do to check me in, then as I was leaving to wait for my van he told me it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I told him I had a 10am appt., his reply was that was just to see him Not to get my oil actually changed. Fast forward 4 hours. I haven't seen or heard from anyone, so I go find the service rep. He say the tech has found some issues and is writing up an estimate. Another 30 minutes later I have go find him again and now I am angry. I told him what I thought of the way they ran their service department. I would drive a 100 miles out of way to NOT use this dealership again. In their puny defense they felt guilty enough to comp me the oil change and wiper blades. Also they told me I had some leaks on some hoses (don't know which ones) and I had a head light out (not true). They are lucky they got one star from me More

Recently 3/1/22 my 2016 corvette ZO6 which I purchased new started having a slight noise in the rear end. Took it in to Auto Nation in Mesa Az and to my surprise the entire rear end had to be replaced due new started having a slight noise in the rear end. Took it in to Auto Nation in Mesa Az and to my surprise the entire rear end had to be replaced due to a bearing failure. The repair did take a little longer than expected understandably but in the end after driving my corvette again with brand new parts the repair put my vehicle back in great running order. Put it up on my lift at home and I could not even tell the entire rear end had been replaced. Service repr Mike Riley was great answering my concerns along the way and Gen Manager Shane Wolf was also very accommodating and friendly taking the time to help explain the situation—friendly service like this esp from the General Manager speaks volumes in my books of any dealership !!!! The repair was huge — $4000 — and to help me understand the complexity of the repair Scott the tech (also a ZO6 Corvette owner) who did the repair work took me in the rear shop area and showed me the old parts and explained in “great detail” what had happened to cause the damage to my corvette. Many thanks to Mike, Scott, and Shane whom all added to making my experience a good one and I truly appreciate all of their efforts !!!! Would I recommend Auto Nation in Mesa after my recent experience ?? YOU BET — “IN A HEARTBEAT !!! Thanks again. Phil T — Mesa Az More
