I would give 5 stars but dealership doesn’t have loaner cars and shuttle service not until 10:00. Also coffee machine out of service in the waiting room. As for the work done on my vehicle,5 stars. My Silverado was finished sooner than expected,the service advisor called me when it was done. All work was done to my complete satisfaction and the truck was nice and clean when I picked it up. One last thing, diesel oil changes should have full synthetic availability, or at least semi synthetic. I was told neither option was available. More

Great service every time ,close to my house. .they really listen to me when I'm tell them about a problem I have with my vehicle...I like that they wash vehicle when done. When you call a big dealership you expect their Service Dept. to be organized and competent. How this is not the case with this dealership. I called and made a 10:00 AM appointment for a special they wer Dept. to be organized and competent. How this is not the case with this dealership. I called and made a 10:00 AM appointment for a special they were advertising. An oil change & new wiper blades for$79. I was 15min early and because of a lack of good directions on their signs, had to go find someone to direct me on what to do. Service Rep was very professional (at first). Did all the stuff they needed to do to check me in, then as I was leaving to wait for my van he told me it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I told him I had a 10am appt., his reply was that was just to see him Not to get my oil actually changed. Fast forward 4 hours. I haven't seen or heard from anyone, so I go find the service rep. He say the tech has found some issues and is writing up an estimate. Another 30 minutes later I have go find him again and now I am angry. I told him what I thought of the way they ran their service department. I would drive a 100 miles out of way to NOT use this dealership again. In their puny defense they felt guilty enough to comp me the oil change and wiper blades. Also they told me I had some leaks on some hoses (don't know which ones) and I had a head light out (not true). They are lucky they got one star from me More
