i went in to buy out my (2) leases, not to purchase a vehicle. they charged me 500.00 per vehicle to do the paperwork. it took almost 5 hours. gm finance said there should not be a charge. i talked to vehicle. they charged me 500.00 per vehicle to do the paperwork. it took almost 5 hours. gm finance said there should not be a charge. i talked to manager, he had many excuses for the charges and the time it took. i will be looking for another dealership for service & future vehicles. they will not get any good word of mouth from me! We had an issue with our forward camera warning needing servicing. We called and scheduled an appointment at Auto Nation Chevrolet. They made it for a couple weeks out at 10:00 AM. We arrived and told the servicing. We called and scheduled an appointment at Auto Nation Chevrolet. They made it for a couple weeks out at 10:00 AM. We arrived and told the service manager we will have to wait because this is our only vehicle. He stated that that won’t work because there are 20 vehicles ahead of us. Auto Nation set us up for a rental car and covered all of the expenses. We are totally aware of staffing issues and the busyness of the service department. My only recommendation is, because this was not an urgent maintenance need, the scheduler should have scheduled us further out when they weren’t backed up or at least advised us that it could be one to two days of work needed. They did fix the problem and we picked up our truck the following morning. We are extremely happy with the service we were provided, just the scheduling issue needs to be fine tuned. More
