Dealership is only has good as its people. Doug Bonham is hands down the most knowledgeable and customer focused while trying to find solutions for Chevy and its customers. Business needs to make money or they wont be around to provide on going service. However trying to find a win/win with customers at a fair and justified price is the challenge. Doug has this skill. AutoNation would take a BIG loss if Doug ever leaves that dealership. For I know myself and others would follow him. Its about people...a car is a car / truck is a truck. Great job Doug! Typical BS Car Dealer Great over the phone, but everything went down hill when I got to the dealership, and I was there to take delivery of a brand new truck. Right off the bat they refused to honor the agreed upon price. The salesman, Dillon Gerdes, was rude, very unprofessional and tried to mislead me. When I called Jim Griffith, who was very nice, and Dillon’s boss, I left a message in his voice mailbox, and Jim never bothered to call me. BASED ON MY PERCEPTION AND EXPERIENCE, I WOULD SAY TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a new truck from a dealership unrelated to Auto Nation and got a better equipped, higher trim level, truck for just a few hundred dollars more. More

Recalls My hrand new 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 had 2 recalls on it. One for the engine control module and one for the seat belts. They knew what recalls needed to be done. Dropped the truck off and got a call 2 hours later that they where able to reprogram the engine control module but didn't have the parts for the seatbelts. Told me they would order them and call me in 3 to 5 days to schedule another apt to fix them. 2 weeks later and still no phone call. More

I did feel that an hour and a half for an oil change with an appointment was a bit much, especially since the tire rotation was skipped because it "wasn't needed." Then I got an email about an alignment needed, although nobody said anything to me about an alignment when I was there for the appointment. I would prefer to hear from the same representative consistently instead of different people with each email and phone call. More

Terrible customer service They don't even try to sell, because if they did they would have worked harder to help us go home in a new truck with a payment to fit our budget. Unhappy Customer Went to auto nation to look at a Chevy Malibu. I had all my info with me. I told the guy up front that I was already approved thru Capitol 1 w/no dow Went to auto nation to look at a Chevy Malibu. I had all my info with me. I told the guy up front that I was already approved thru Capitol 1 w/no down payment. I also explained to them that I needed for my payments to be no more than 310 a month. So then they go run my credit and stuff, then the guy came back and said that if he can get a better interest rate than capitol one @14% will I take that offer. I said yes. So then he goes and come back and said that can I put any money down, I said I might can come up with 500.00. So then hours later a guy Name Ale no came over said he was the finance manager and we go to his office. He starts doing all this paper work, and talking about his family distracting me, I Then ask him what was the down payment, he says 311. He then said that if I can come up w/24 more dollars to get this fabulous warranty and he it covers this and that and stuff for 5 yrs. I said to go ahead and add it. so then the payments were 335. ok cool. remind you this was all done on Saturday. So on Monday I called him to see if i can change the warranty from 5 years to three years, No answer, left message, call Tuesday, same thing, left another message, Then called Wednesday the 15th he finally answered I explained to him that I wanted to change the warranty, he said that was fine, he just have to call the bank and get the contract back he would call me once he got them. I week 1/2 went by, heard nothing. So I called on the 29th and he answered. He ask mo to come in Friday 12/1-17. So I get there around 1:30 it was literally a nightmare. They gave me the run around for like 3 hrs. Saying they cant find no one to finance me and all this crap. then they said can they found someone to finance me if I can come up w/another 500 dollars my payment would be 254. I said yes I can, remind you I had to call and ask someone to loan it to me. So then they said it will be with no warranty or nothing. So then I asked how much would the payment be if I get the warranty for three years, then he said the payments would be 85 dollars more a month, remind you the 1st time they said it 24 dollars a month for five years, now I went up to 80 dollars. come Tuesday I et a call from Capitol one saying they are financing my car. I said not one time did they said it was capitol I They LIED, they just wanted my $1000. DOWN PAYMENT. The whole time they said the bank. Capitol One don't ask for down payment. So where is my money. I call Leno finance manager he said it went to them. THEY LIED THEY LIED THEY LIED. I WILL NEVER EVER REFER NO ONE TO AUTONATION. HOW DO YOU GUYS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A SINGLE MOTHE W/FOUR KIDS.
