The only thing that I was disappointed with is the unresponsiveness of the finance person, Jordan. I had sent several emails concerning my finance docs and transferring my plates. The only response I received from him was an email with just my loan docs attached, nothing in the body of the email to answer my questions. I ended up going straight to DMV.
