2 hours wait for getting oil change is absurd After half xxx wash antenna was not replaced, passengers seat back lower so someone cruse around. Brought my truck in for oil and filter change, and transmission oil and filter change. My service advisor, Thomas Muccilli was ready and waiting for me. Purchased a used 2022 GMC truck with 9k miles on it. Sales people were all good and did everything that was promised. I am ok with this but would have been nice to be told this before so I could have made arrangements to just leave truck.
